can anyone tell me where i can find a pattern overlay for tattyshop that closely resembles this ? (minues the AIRBAG)

pattern overlay is one of the options in "layer styles" for me to overlay a texture or a pattern..

i'm ideally after a flat pattern that i can tile... that one i posted has a light source from the bottom right... again: i'm just being kinda lazy :-/ xxx
