I just code - I am a programmer by trade, but I sometimes do favour sites - I enjoy starting them but loathe finishing them.

I do it the other way 'round, these last few years. I'm a coder that can make a faily decent design, an lately I've been doing a lot of design work. But for favour sites I still do a lot of coding. Still think I'm better at coding anyway.
