Its a good film, well worth seeing
I just couldn't understand why they made Evy irrelevent, took out all the cop stuff, the excellent train scene and added the "everyones still alive so maybe it was a dream or maybe a plan or maybe the Wachowskeez need to make things pointlessly ambiguous etc" ending.

I caught the
ending to it, inc. final fight scene and it left me with a big sense of wtf. Bear in mind I hadn't heard of it before seeing this snippet of the film, you can imagine it was somewhat.. different.
Would watching the rest of the film help eliviate this wtfness from a complete V for V' noob?

I was in two minds...
...as I have heard that the comic does indeed piss over the film in terms of story.
Aw well, I'll most probs see it soon somewhere.
/torrent :)

That's cos you can take as long as you want to read the comic
but the film has to cap the running time.
I was still woozy from the ambiguous ending when I saw the dedication to the uncle of a uni friend of mine who'd popped his clogs after working on the film. A bit sad really.
