It's not bad at all.A couple of pointers though - the contrast is way too high, which makes it look extremely artificial against the lower-contrast background.
Also the size of the picture is likewise huge - try to keep the filesize below 50kb before posting it on the main board! Otherwise thou shalt get flamed to hell.
