i read and interview with her in Blender Magazine and she's really funny. She got to spend a bunch of Blender's money and she got two grillz and a little robot and she was all, "cmon little robot, do somefing! it fell over! is that somefing!?!?' and i cracked up. :)

i'm just used to *some people* on the board throwing their musical opinions in my face and telling me mine is wrong, and i'm tired of it, you know, so I just say to each their own now. :)

If you like it, then stuff what anyone else thinks. You listen to music for your personal enjoyment, not to please other people and their judgments.

Finally filled in the back-catalogue with Sothernplayalisticadillacmuzik..
now I just need Idlewild, only heard one of the singles so far.

but I find myself going back to Disposable Heroes more these days.
Chocolate Supa Highway is still good, though.. haven't heard the most recent Spearhead stuff.

michael franti, used to like outkast (during my EXTREMLY short lived rap phase), dunno disposable heroes, although that's an awesome name. :)
i like Fall Out Boy. And Panic! At The Disco. And My Chemical Romance...

was Franti's second band with the percussionist Rono Tse, after the Beatnigs.
Worth a listen..
they toured here on the weirdest triple bill I've ever seen, with Iggy Pop and JIMMY BARNES.

I really do not like any female rappers. Somehow rapping in a female voice just sounds wrong to me.
