Why doesn't the ozone hole have anything to do with it?(someone had to ask)

But I thought (and I may well be wrong)that the ozone hole let more of the Sun's rays through which then can't get back out again. CFCs destroy the ozone hole, other gases block the light's escape. Greenhouse Effect, y'see? isn't it what happened to Venus? Granted, I'm not an expert on the matter...which is why I asked the question.
