# I have been advised to avoid it...
As it would anger me...
Is this good advice...?
(, Wed 13 Dec 2006, 16:44, archived)
# yes
it was twaddle

# It's OK.
Visually it's stunning, but because they ditched Moore's story, it's lost quite a bit/all of the edge that the comic had.
Worth a watch, but don't expect wonders.

# Did Moore Work with 'em on that one....
Or had he already started his.
'You can have it... I'm not Involved' bit?

# He decided not to have anything to do with it

# That's Fair enough.
Since film makers tend to see adaptions as an 'Easy Lay'

# it looks great
but the tom sawyer /connery thing is laughable and ruins the movie

plus the plot is utterly nonsense

# I watch a fair amount of rubbish films
but this one was so bad that fifteen minutes before the end, when the tension should be rising, my girlfriend and I decided to go to bed and finish watching it the next day. It's awful. It's possibly even worse than Spawn.

# know exactly what you mean

# Spawn is Amazing...
I Laughed for about 6 hours After watching it... A CGI Migraine with a Gruff/Low talking Contest held by the Leads...

I would say it's the worst film ever. If 'League' is Worse.. I must watch it

# I wouldn't go THAT far.
(, Wed 13 Dec 2006, 16:54, archived)
# I did say 'possibly'.
Fortunately for me, I have no intention of seeing either film ever again, and so the decision about which is worse will remain a mystery.

# I watched SS Doomtrooper the other day...
I'm now officially immune to crap films.
