or something - and under some other tool you can choose the colour count... I have no gimp at the moment as my x11 is b0rked

once you have optimised it for a gif you can then edit the times in miliseconds to make it a bit slower.

but actually scale down the picture, that way it will look like it is the same size but the browser made it bigger. an extra step to what theprod69er just said.
