This is the octopus that I thought the skull looked like when I first saw it:

Pity it doesn't look much cop at real size.

took me ten minutes to persuade Paintshop to do it, let alone grown up software.
(in PSP - save as, gif, options, run optimizer, transparency/areas that match this colour)
