but i'm liking this.

can you not convert a swf into a gif or does that bugger things up?

You can save a Fla file as an animated gif, but the gif will only be animated if the Fla file is a simple series of frames, tweens can be used.

But the moment any actionscript or movie clips etc are used the gif will not be animated.
