Thankies! I had a bit of a run-in with I.T. . . .
I had a free upgrade of Outlook, but it wasn't compatible with my old Word, so they had to shell out £200 for a new version of Office. When they EVENTUALLY installed it after me moaning at them for two months, it uninstalled Microsoft photo editor (which I used for the blur tool) and replaced it with . . . FECK ALL! Just deleted it for no reason. I.T said I couldn't have it back, because I don't need it. Bah! still, I found a website (cellsea.com) that works juuuuust fine!
