My sister told me they were underage - last time I checked, the age of consent here (and many places) was 16, and the youngest one's only about a month under 18.

SO how is it "kiddie porn," when a 16 year old can legally get her tits out in the Sport or even appear naked in a jazzmag?

might be wrong though, but iirc the sun got in trouble for publishing topless pictures of a girl who was '18 today!' - hence the photos were taken prior to her 18th...
