I went to the chemist on saturday morning and he gave me some beechams all in one stuff that was toss. It didnt remove the huge blockage from my nose and allow me to breathe. Nor did it have any real narcotic effect.

So when I went back the next day demanding nighnurse, I think he had his suspicions.

I wish you could get Nyqil in this country.
