# four daleks that we know of...
we still have Davros and Imperial Daleks to look out for...

Season 4 big finale anyone?

# that crazy bobby davros
when the material went thin who'd have thought he'd have gone on to galactic domination

# if Mavis from Coronation street was Les Dennis
who was Bobby Davro? Who was his signature impression?

# I can't remember
I think the PTSD has caused all memory to be blanked out

# Been waiting for Davros
next season I guess

# If Tennant quits at the end of season 4, there is a BIG opportunity....
bring in Imperial daleks, and get them to harness the doctor's regeneration energy to bring back Davros to 'full strength'...
Leaving the new Doctor to deal with Davros and the 'new' imperial daleks...

technically, the imperial Daleks would 'kill' Tennant off, making the resulting Davros 'reborn' a much more menacing and
worthwhile villain, as he's actually 'killed' the Doctor as we know him...

/has thought about this way too much

I'd pen it and send it to RTD if I had a miniscule amount of creative writing talent...

# maybe they'll steal just that idea
and offer you a free meal or something

# well, there was some ... things... that some people.. said
and then someone else and... blaa blaa give me some money.. and er.. haha! no

I think it was ideas over lunch, hmm, lunch, finest of all food groups

but I really wasn't paying much attention to the story as I really just watch the tv show and gain limited personal amusement from it, which is enough for me

# Wouldn't suprise me if they make out Davros is the Doctor's dad
in all honesty, plot twist or what on a grander scale, given he created the Daleks that destroyed the timelords..
(, Sat 21 Apr 2007, 20:39, archived)
# but isn't davros a kaled
and the doctor a timelord

oh my god, what am I typing!!

before you know it I'll be going "canon!!! canon!!!"

# hahaha yes
me and my housemate said before teh second series had started, when the cybermen had been announced as coming back, that the series three baddie would have to be the Master. We thought it would be Mark Heap though, because Simon Pegg had already been cast in the first series. We talk about it all too much for men of our age
(, Sat 21 Apr 2007, 20:40, archived)
# glad I'm not the only one
get your arse down to Weybourne for a long and boring chat about it over several pints!

I'm glad it wasn't Mark Heap, he will always be the comic genius of Dr. Alan Statham for me
(, Sat 21 Apr 2007, 20:41, archived)
# we will be up soon actually
cos my housemate Rob (who is often mistaken for Tennant randomly enough) has just got his hands on a new car. Hopefully within in the next few weeks we'll be up in any case. Will gaz you when I know details.

# If you're a thirty-something like me and Archie I guess
we're simply in awe at Doctor Who with special effects and good script writers after the 70's and 80's, which sort of lost the plot with Bonny Langford and Cybermen wearing moonboots, not to mention Ken Dodd..
(, Sat 21 Apr 2007, 20:43, archived)
# just thirty... the 'something' starts from Oct. 7th this year ;)

# i vote Daleks,
because my dad worked on Who in the 70s when i was about four years old, and even though i knew they were made up, they scared the shit out of me.

# My Neighbour and fellow freemason worked on costume and set design in the 80's
his dad got him into it by buying him an original Dalek (full size tv prop from the 60's) as a kid, and he went on to make some
of the 80's Cybermen costumes, he still has one in his shed
(, Sat 21 Apr 2007, 20:54, archived)
# that is very cool indeed
I had a cyberman gun for a bit when i was a kid. Came from a Peter Davidson story. It looked very cool and a light lit up when you pressed the trigger button on it. But it was made of wood.
