# mozilla will keep it's cache somewhere else
it's probably somewhere in IE's internet options, there's probably a tickbox saying 'empty temporary internet files when...' or something.

I don't know that it was Mozilla, but I had no problems with my temp internet files till i installed it, and now it doesn't work.

In tools -> options is a delete Temp Files bit in the first tab... Been there since IE4 IIRC...
