well they've done daleks, cybermen, now the master this season...and as there seems to be an obligatory dalek storyline every season,
it would make sense to bring back ol' davvy next season, to 'kick start' them again...

They've even had Sarah-Jane and K9.There was a bit of U.N.I.T. in the Eccleston series.
