If you click on the little eye icon in the layer menu (if you're using photoshop) and the dildo
would disappear. You then use the polygon selector to outline the fist, click again on the
space where the eye icon was and the dildo will then reappear. All you have to do then is press
delete and the area round the fist will disappear.
