because it's downright ignorant,offensive and quite likely illegal to publish flashing images in a public forum where there is no formal epilepsy warning. That and it shows less talent than toap.

not when i'm bogged down with courseworkat the moment the only thing i'm working on is a page of 'the scream' pictures in the form of cartoon panels, featuring several bandwagons (it's for my art project, i like to hide things in my work)
