# how do you do them?
morph an original photo or start from scratch?

They're quite labour intensive, here's the sauce;

I just mess with them randomly and see what happens. I also use MSPhotoEd to smooth or sharpen pixels.

Just,.ermm..expand, twirl, mess with the colours, I dunno,..I don't really think while I do them.

Also, image 2 is a progression of 1, and 3 is a progression of 2.
