Not all TOAPs are bad. On a few occasions, very good and funny work has been shot down because it was essentially TOAP.

People should TOAP responsibly

When I started out I was very timid about posting anything without a picture, but eventually I realised the people who post pictures need the encouragement of others simply saying "woo!".
