I'm worryingas the mortgage docs say that they'll start deducting the payments in August, but I don't know if they will if they haven't been asked for the money at that point. If they decide to start early I'm fucked. £525 rent PLUS £775 mortgage.

solicitors are rubbish.We asked ours to store our deeds for us. About a week later they posted them back to me and have since kept sending me letters demanding £35 to store my deeds for me.
