then that's not going to be any use to you at all, you need a conversion box like the one I posted to display composite video on a PC monitor (unless the monitor has composite video input)

You can download the WDM drivers

Then use DScaler to capture the video from your graphics card. Plug the yellow composite feed into the orange "composite in" (the orange one) on the vivo cable, plug that into the graphics card, load DScaler, set the correct source in the file menu, and you is laffin'
You will also need a RCA to 3.5mm Jet, you connect the white and the blue to your line in on your soundcard, but they cost about £2.50 off ebay.
