most people tend to take comments 'on the chin' if they don't like them,
after all, it's just the internet. The more you try and defend, the more
people are going to rise to the bait to start and argument, and at the end
of the day, both sides lose, and everyone forgets about the main thing in the first place...

most of the time people *insult* to get a rise out of someone. it's obviously worked in this case.
You can't do anything about it, so let it go. That's what the *ignore* button is for. otherwise, this place
descends into nothing more than some pre-pubescent playground with name calling and bitching, and it's seriously not worth it
