FukitI was hoping that wasn't the case. I spent a bit of time on this trying out different things, there's a few things gone into this. Admittedly I've used cutout somewhere along the way, but only because I'm shit at vectors.

there's a cartoon filter for VirtualDubwww.compression.ru/video/cartoonizer/index_en.html
quite slow at it's job when doing a whole video, it's best for single frames and very short clips, unfortunately it treats each frame as individual pictures so the cartoon lines don't hold their position very well
