The cliques are evident when boarders go over the top with the *hugs* *smooches* 'hello you' bit excessivelyand ignore other user's work or comments, just because they are new to b3ta, or haven't got pissed with them at a bash.
Given I have a job i'm genuinely usually to busy to notice it, or give a toss, given i've seen it constantly for five years. I think Rob has hinted in the past it pisses him off as well.
