Get very cheap n nasty 30 day fashion lenses from here then some very high water content 30 day disposable lenses (about £30 for 30 pairs), then splice them together!
Put the prescription one in your palm, add a little lens fluid, float the fashion one on top and let it line up, press the two together with a clean finger, hey presto, 30 day fashion prescription lenses!
They're both so thin they're barely thicker than long wear lenses and you can treat them exactly the same (clean them by hand, fresh fluid, store overnight), tho I wouldn't recommend wearing them for long periods, and I'm sure any optician would happily kill me for condoning such actions, but it really works! ;)

and 6mm 'elsewhere' ;)
Patience my friend, just take your time, don't rush it and knacker them, keep them neat and tidy and clean, and get nice cheap jewellery from here so it doesn't cost you a fortune working up to your preferred size.
Oh, and a good tip: Mouthwash is an excellent cheap cleaner for piercings and jewellery alike!
