We have a helpline, but they're not much help. They ring us up with things like:
'Can you go and fix this patient's DVD player?'
'Is it medical?'
'No, why?'
'Cos we're the medical engineering dept'
'Oh. So you can't do it then?'
'Depends. Does the patient want to pay us £75 an hour?'
