EDIT: OK it only really works if you mis-pronounce 'Blanc'...

edit: Similar to medical terms where it is considered poor schooling to construct a single word derived from two or more words of incongruate language roots, I feel also that the same degree of high brow responsibility should be present in cockney rhyming slang. I hope this has been helpful.
