Well, if the norks have been removed, then they're obviously not much use in a fight...In this instance, traditional methods tend to work just fine.
If the ork has bad eyesight (as many do), this is not a problem, it is only from close range that a bare chest will work. It has also been known to work for well moobed men, like Victor Mature.
