it looks like a standard DMCA complain form

so it might not even be applicable to the UK.
This is just thretening. The real business starts if you don't cease and desist (and then they have to think wheter they have a case at all. Thretening comes for free)

are not going to stick their neck out for you. The DMCA tells them that you might land them in trouble, no matter if it's true or not, so they simply prefer to drop you. No big loss for them anyways.
