because while I've had a number of nice lagers I've still never met a beer that wasn't utter wankhat.

This is, of course, personal opinion though. I suspect that comes in to it somewhere ;)

Of course, I am speaking entirely of opinion =]

However, I have encountered many a shitty lager, and many a nice beer.

Perhaps it's just my upbringing though, there are several breweries around here.

I still prefer cider over it all though, Somerset does that to a lad =]
