I lived in a rural area.

I couldn't play for school or I'd miss the bus.

Chulmleigh Community College has a 30 odd mile diameter catchment area.

I used to have a match wednesday for school,

then I'd have to catch a bus for an hour and a half and run to get to club
training on time or I'd be joining the far and away club for being late.
(coach kicks ball and you have to chase after it, return it and repeat)

i used to play rugby a lot

then i got to uni. then things went weird. verra homoerotic and everyone became so big! i'm 5'8" and 10st so even the scrum half were bigger than me. i got 'fraid

I am 6'2" and 200lbs

I still cannot understand how locks manage - but I made a pretty decent flanker for a while there.

locks aren't human, thats why

i've yet to see any proof that locks and props are made of the same things normal humans are.

I played prop until I was 7 or 8.

Then Flanker, then Hooker (I was 5'1" when i was 16) then Flanker again.

i was a prop

at the same age, only ever played against one team though and they barely came to my waist despite being the same age

my dad was a lock

back in the 60s/70s though when you o'bedlamphant would've been too big to play scrum half.

dad is 6' 4" though
