There are some outstandingly great moral dilemmas based around organ transplants.
For instance, what is it that's wrong about killing somebody in order to donate all their body parts to other individuals who would otherwise quickly die? The principle of ownership of one's own body parts, that's what. Which would seem to suggest that you can (morally) fuck up as many livers as you like without being refused new ones.

If by killing one person you could save 4 others, 2 people get kidneys, 1 a liver, 1 heart lung, then we should kill off people even if they are fine as 3 other lives will be saved.
