# thats something i need to sort out. i'm lucky if i eat one.
i console myself with the fact that i drink a lot of fruit juice and eat plenty of bread but i guess that just doesn't cut it.

I normally have onions and carrots in just about everything I cook, and a glass of fruit juice, so I'm on 3 already.
Then just a couple of extra veg, it's not too difficult.
