I don't have the cartoon network myself, but I enjoy Sealab and Harvey Birdman on free-to-air.

Sealab, Awesome for the first couple of seasons.

Harvey Birdman, Awesome when it was still on.

Tim & Eric Awesome Show, Great Job!, can be a bit hit and miss but it's still worth watching.
