We sort of got him kicked out of the college.
There were videos of him on youtube. This is where his alias "Jewhat" was formed.
But the college found out and threatened my friend with suspension if he didn't take it down.

binary code translates into a character (letter, number, punctuation etc.) So that string of binary translates into "good, thanks!" Which is why he says that it is English...
