If I had downs I would try to disassociate myself from the mongy image by dressing sharply and being very poised - unless it had affected me in the way that makes you stupid (which doesn't always happen), in which case I would feel bad anyway and pictures like this would not be a distortion of the facts. Incidentally, humour is always a distortion of the facts, and always unfair, because it exaggerates and misdirects.
