coupled with better eating. If you want to speed things up, start doing some moderate weight training too.

Biggest misconception when it comes to weight loss is that cardio is the most important element. Moderate Weight training will increase lean muscle mass, which eats up extra calories. You don't need to go mad and try to get really beefy... unless you want to that is.

If you do light weights, but lots of repetitions you'll go slim and wiry.
It's only lifting big heavy weights that turns you into a meathead !
