# they really are fucking obnoxious shits who don't know how easy they've got it some times.
no offence like :D
(, Sun 24 Feb 2008, 20:43, archived)
# Plenty of adults are obnoxious shits, too.

# Even you were once a kid!
(, Sun 24 Feb 2008, 20:45, archived)
# yes
but even then I knew to pay artists for their hard work and generally appreciate the work of others as I would wish others to do so of mine.
(, Sun 24 Feb 2008, 20:46, archived)
# I'm pretty confident that your or any other generation would have done just the same given the chance.
Not that I agree with it. I prefer to buy CDs.
(, Sun 24 Feb 2008, 20:49, archived)
# Fair enough.
I'd agree. But its abit hypocritical considering i download music alot.
(, Sun 24 Feb 2008, 20:49, archived)
# do you like the artists you download?
if so, why the fuck are you stealing their hard work?!

Honestly, think about it, it really doesn't make sense, you're biting the hand that feeds you.

# I know.
But they seem rich enough to be honest.

Also the nearest shop is 2 bus journeys away, and they never have the music i want anyway.

I could should buy it online..money is an issue too.
(, Sun 24 Feb 2008, 21:03, archived)
# Tescos are pretty rich, but I wouldn't steal from them because of that.
I steal from them purely for the buzz.
(, Sun 24 Feb 2008, 21:05, archived)
# Haha.
But you can't watch everything from tesco on youtube.
(, Sun 24 Feb 2008, 21:06, archived)
# It'd be very boring if you could.
I do see where you're coming from. Some bands it'll make very little difference to them whether you buy or not.
But I make a point of buying CDs from the smaller bands I like, especially at gigs where they can get most of the money directly without it being creamed off by middle men.

# \o/
of course, it's arguable how much the music industry pay artists for their hard work and how much they cream off for themselves.

# We were out mugging grannies at your age, son
none of this internet lark
(, Sun 24 Feb 2008, 20:47, archived)
# I know.
I never got into that.
the kids bullied me for it. :(
(, Sun 24 Feb 2008, 20:51, archived)
# Is it better than b3tards?
I've never used it.
(, Sun 24 Feb 2008, 20:43, archived)
# yes, auto resizes, allows you to delete files, image browser, every fucking thing
but some people can't help but still slag it off.
(, Sun 24 Feb 2008, 20:45, archived)
# I used to use it,
but I find it easier to keep track of my stuff on b3tards.
(, Sun 24 Feb 2008, 20:45, archived)
# the delete function doesn't work though
which makes me feel bad for cluttering up their hd space with unnecessary old shite

:(
(, Sun 24 Feb 2008, 20:48, archived)
# Yeah, it's a shame.
But if they want to clear up space, they know what to do.
(, Sun 24 Feb 2008, 20:50, archived)
# I think i'll start using that.
