# Did you see the collection picture I put up before?
A lot of the radio stuff you can download of various preservation sites.

Also Kevin Eldon did a series of podcasts for Resonance FM called Speakers, which are among some of the funniest things I have ever heard ever.

# no i didn't.
best radio thing i've heard in a long time was the peter cook sven from swiss cottage stuff. genius.

# It's all the preservation stuff I have
IE stuff you can't get on dvd or purchase

It's not sweary Peter Cook, but I was literally in tears of joy at points.

# *favourites*
peter cook could make anything funny.
specially talking about giving his fish cannabis.

# I'm more enamored with Armando Iannucci myself
I literally think he can make any random words instantly funny in his bizarre way.

Although that said i'm just not old enough to have heard absolutely everything. I've not really heard or seen that much of Cook and Moore.
Nor have I seen or heard Ted Chippington, there's just not the time.

# Oh my
I must watch Time Trumpet again now.

B3TA SEEMS TO JUST MAKE ME CRAVE MORE AND MORE BRILLIANT COMEDY.
(, Sun 2 Mar 2008, 1:54, archived)
# Time Trumpet was basically just an extended version of 2004: The Stupid Version
Although as ever Stewart Lee as one of the critics is hilarious, especially how they made him shave his head and wear a cowboy shirt 'in his contract'.

'But what is more disgusting, an inside out woman, organs spilling out infront of an royal variety performance audience whilst singing Andrew Lloyd Webber medleys. Or the institution of Monarcy.'
'Well it's the inside out organ Lloyd Webber woman.'
'Well obviously, that wasn't a particularly good example'

Old TMWRNJ joke, but it seems new when Lee does it.

# get yourself the best of what left of not only put also and bedazzled.
genius at work.
(, Sun 2 Mar 2008, 2:00, archived)
# I have seen Bedazzled
I think that's one of the few things I have seen, as well as bits of the Record they did and also another film which I think involved Monsters in some capacity.

Unfortunately i'm sort of a massive nihilistic depressive, so I can't really devote my life to comedy or anything anymore.
I just collect the stuff I had seen in my younger years, because I have odd archiving desires.

# *drools at the awesome collection*
Richard Herring was our babysitter for a while.

# What?
Do you come from Cheddar then?
Although that is still a pretty brilliant annecdote.
(, Sun 2 Mar 2008, 1:45, archived)
# Pretty much.
I live in Shipham, but Cheddar is literally just down the road.
(, Sun 2 Mar 2008, 1:47, archived)
# It's a pity Herring hasn't really survived as much
I think there was as much of his writing in Lee and Herring and Stewart Lee's, but I think Stewart Lee just has a better more niche standup routine.
I saw him do 'What would Judas Do?' at the Bush Theatre, he does some really fringe stuff.

You even got free bread, wine and peanuts.

# I've seen Lee in Bristol
But not heard much from Herring, which is a shame.

They were both great, BRING BACK TMWRANJ PLEASE :(

# I AM ROD HULL!

Errrr.....
