# you could reduce it in dimension to get the size down
dropping it to 200 pixels wide, 16 colours with a perceptual pallette, and diffusion dithering 24% drops it to 160k, and i'm sure it could be optimised further.

If not could you clicky it please, as it is really too big for the board.
