Reading repsonses like this makes me believe I'm actually quite lucky here in working for myself.extreme discipline, constant motivation, and many more hours than most 9-5 jobs, but on the upside, I do f*ckin' LOVE my work.

same here, when I started 8 years agoI was worried about the motivation and discipline thing, but it is suprisingly easy to get around - I find now the worst thing is not knowing when to 'switch off'
