TJ: I've just woken up from another horrible horrible dream that's like quite a few I've been having recently - It's not as though they're particuarly horrible they're fairly normal, if quite psychadelic, but the thing is, they last (in my head) for anything up to weeks... there are days, I go to sleep in them and wake up in them the next day, I talk to people who I seem to know in the dream, they become wonderful friends to me, and then I wake up and they've never existed. This is really starting to upset me a lot, because I'm living life and then suddenly none of it happened. I hope this doesn't go on for long :(

IT'S A GOOD THING I DIDN'T BOTHER TO READ IT IN THE FIRST PLACE

you can do it, it's fairly easy. when you are falling asleep, focus on a scenario that you find appealing (sex fantasy is obvious, and it works, but anything will do). i do this when i have a worry i want to keep out of my brain for a while.
