To be honest I doupt I'd use a radiosity thang anyhow. you can do a lot lot more with atmosphere when its down to your own tweaking rather than a software algorithm. Plus if you can light well you can get paid well :)

and if you really want to get into that then you do need to know the software as well as how to program your own renderer. Well at least if you want to get into an effects house like ILM or Pixar, but that's just for obsessives. heh.

its 2 lights, one way up high directy above the objects and one closer and infront.
both were shadow mapped omni lights with a multiplyer of about 0.70 with shodow map paramters of size=100 sample 4.0 and a blur edges of about 10..? i think thats all i changed..
