saving as a jpg with a bit of compression will do the trickhere's a 40kb version (I'll delete it shortly so grab it if you want to use it!)... it's not quite as sharp as a png but not bad given the size reduction.

it's still showing on my properties at 239kbi guess you know about the ability to replace the huge one with a smaller one by using the edit tab.
