I have seen nothing but good films recenetly

I've been like a the good luck bear of the cinema going experience.

Not long ago I saw THERE WILL BE BLOOD, which is possibly the best serious real acting film I've ever seen. At the weekend I saw Grindhouse... if you haven't seen it - see it!

Oo, I saw Planet Terror

this week. It were indeed ace. I saw Death Proof a while back. It wasn't as good as Planet Terror, though. Too much doing nothing in between the car chases.

really? I verrily enjoyed them both -- and the trailers.

I saw Deathproof when it was released by itself and thought it was very good... I like the idling slightly embarrasing Tarantino dialogue and obsessive shots of women's feet legs and asses...

but, yes, planet Terror was incredible -- it just kept getting better and better and better.

I just found it soooooo self-indulgent.

It had moments, as all his stuff does, and Kurt Russell was excellent.

But... he needs to stop wanking and go back to making films.

They're doing Werewofl Women as well, which I'll think I'll miss, as I've yet to see a Rob Zombie movie yet that I've enjoyed

I haven't seen Kurt Russell in a film I like him in since forever, so I thought that was incredible... and the last 15 minutes is pure excellence. I found the whole thing very very funny
