Today I have been at school but this evening I cooked Moroccan chicken with fruity couscous.
It's almost the best thing I've ever cooked, second only to paella.

Bah, get some meat.Tonight was actually week 8 of a series of Thursdays on which I've cooked a different meal from around the world a my mates flat for guests ranging from old friends to some girls we met the night before. It's been a great success :D

that sounds like a great idea!and: I did do a meaty one too. Minced up some lovely lean steak at home and used that. very tasty.
