I think it's footage of a teddy bear but the soundtrack is suspiciously realistic, enough to perturb folks.

This to my mind means either:
a) someone set out to make a disturbing bit of film and has succeeded through acting/editing talent, well done.
or
b) someone's been a soulless twat.
