Sorry for the TJ, but does anyone know of a free program which will resize all of the frames in a .gif?
At the moment I'm using Ulead GIF Animator, and you don't seem to be able to resize physical dimensions at all...

That does animations, and you can resize the whole thing.

It's liek a free version of Photoshop, but with animation capabilites.
Unlike Imageready, which is a separate application to Photoshop.

photoshop CS3 has imageready animation in-built to save swapping programs
