does anyone have any top tips on double chin removal?
does it go when you get thinner? i mean i've lost a bit of weight but i still got the double chin (down from a tripple)

it's the hardest thing for a fatty to get rid of
sans surgery
as you are noticing, it does get smaller as you trim down though. So keep not eating all the pies.
